By placing an order with Amigo Tours ("we", "us" or "our") through our website, email, fax or telephone, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions.


  • Pricing


All prices are indicated in US dollars. All prices are correct at the time of publication, but we reserve the right to alter the prices for any reason at any time.


  • Tour Bookings


We reserve the right to request a partial or full payment as confirmation of your booking. After your tour is confirmed an email will be sent with payment instructions.
  • Shared group tours require a minimum number of persons to operate and may be canceled if this minimum is not reached.
  • You must reconfirm with us at (+1 721) 522 8687 or bookings@amigo.sx 72 hours (3 days) prior to the tour date. If your booking is made less than 72 hours before the tour date, please call us immediately to reconfirm.



  • Tour Cancellations


Customer cancellations are to be received within the cut-off window (72 hours or 3 days prior of your check-in time) to avoid penalties.
Full refund will be provided to guests in the following cases:
  • Customer cancels within the cut-off window.
  • In the event ship cancels its port of call due to weather conditions or any other reason.
  • If for any reason a tour is cancelled by Amigo Tours.



  • Tour Itinerary


Amigo Tours reserves the right to modify, alter or omit a tour or its inclusions for reasons of comfort, convenience and safety. We strive to offer the best quality experience to our guests and may vary itineraries and substitute inclusions.


  • Taxi & Transfer Reservations


We reserve the right to request a partial or full payment as confirmation of your reservation. Submited reservations on this website are not automatically confirmed. Reservation confirmation will be sent by Phone or Email.


  • Taxi & Transfer Cancellations


Customer cancellations are to be received within the cut-off window (24 hours prior of your check-in time) to avoid penalties.
Full refund will be provided to guests in the following cases:
  • Customer cancels within the cut-off window.
  • If for any reason a transfer is cancelled by Amigo Tours.
